Prepared in an artisanal way with fruit from Portugal, with more than 55% fruit, without added additives or preservatives and with a reduced amount of sugar, maintaining and preserving traditional methods. Ingredients: Raspberry, redcurrant, sugar, lemon verbena, citrus pectin and lemon juice.
Tasting Notes:
Raspberry and blackcurrant, combined, create a slightly acidic sweet that is combined with lemon verbena, with a light lemon flavor, enhancing the freshness of this jam.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, free from humidity, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or alteration of the product. Store in the refrigerator after opening.

Ideal accompaniment for cheeses, S. Jorge Island Cheese, Azores (PDO), “Roncari” Cheese – Blue (PDO), “Roquefort“ Cheese (PDO), Cheese (Blue) - “Le Bleu d'Auvergne“ (PDO), “Pecorino“ Cheese (PDO), “Gournay“ Cheese, “Mozzarella” Cheese, salads, chicken, pork and veal dishes. Excellent as a topping for ice cream, yogurt, panna cotta and crepes, pancakes, cake and biscuit filling.
