Tasting Notes:
Citrus straw colour. Intense with hints of orange blossom aromas. Dense wine, with the acidity very present and structured. Good greasiness in a dense wine that ends long in the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Serve between 10°C-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with light meals such as fish dishes, sea-food and salads. Also pairs well with Italian food.
