This white wine is produced exclusively with white grapes from the Amarante region. The production method for this wine is a “Curtimenta” style process. This method consists of crushing the grapes in a small wine press, treading and pumping over the must to extract maximum flavors and aromas present in the grapes. It is a “Traditional Style” wine, made in the old-fashioned way with the least possible intervention.

Tasting Notes:
Straw-colored wine. It has an aroma of ripe white-fleshed fruits such as pear and apple with hints of pineapple and apricot. It has an intense and striking flavor, very pleasant with a long and elegant finish. Unfiltered wine to preserve the aromas of fermentation.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 8/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to enjoy with traditional Mediterranean diet dishes. Perfect to accompany cheese and sausage boards, around a table with friends.
