Rigorous selection and choice of bunches and berries carried out on 100% of the grapes. Gentle pneumatic pressing, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 15ºC in small capacity stainless steel vats. Partial fermentation in used French oak barrels Séguin Moreau, followed by bâtonnage for 120 days.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with a citrine colour, bright appearance, aromas of citrus fruits and notes of fresh vegetables and orange blossom, some nuances of light toast. Mouth with fresh and crackling entry with incisive acidity and good volume. Finishes intense, persistent and with enormous final freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 7º/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Wine that goes well with a cheese board, delicious salted fish and baked fish dishes.
