Created from our best selection of Viosinho grapes. The grapes were subjected to a total destemming process followed by crushing and pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems between 10ºC - 12ºC.

Tasting Notes:
With a bright colour, complex floral aromas with some notes of tropical fruit, this is a well-structured wine on the palate, with good acidity that contributes to a pleasant and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany lighter dishes, such as grilled fish, baked fish or seafood dishes.
