Product details
The grapes are hand-harvested, de-stemmed and crushed upon arrival at the winery and then pressed. The must is refrigerated to 8ºC and statically decanted for 2 days. After the lees are separated, fermentation begins, which lasts for approximately 2 weeks at 14-16ºC. Fermentation ends in new barrels, where it is then aged for 6 months. After bottling, it is aged for 4 months in the bottle.
