Tasting Notes:
Bright straw colour, fresh and citrus aroma with a light and pleasant mineral sensation. In the mouth it reveals itself with good body and texture, correct acidity and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with light dishes of fish, seafood, white meats and salads.
