The final blend is made with 3 harvest years: 2016, 2017 and 2019. 2016 had adverse weather conditions for viticulture, a cool and rainy year. On the other hand, 2017 was an exceptionally hot and dry year, with heat waves, forcing the harvest to be brought forward to dates that have not been seen in the Douro region in the past. Finally, 2019 was an atypical year, with a cool summer, rain showing signs of itself in August and delaying the ripening of the grapes. The end result was excellent, with healthy grapes. The final Blend is the result of three harvests with their differences, but exceptional for the variety.

Tasting Notes:
Very elegant ruby red. With a complex and seductive aroma, in perfect harmony with notes of spices, red forest fruits, vegetal nuances and a captivating minerality. In the mouth it surprises with its persistence, firm and defined attack, in a fresh, elegant and enveloping body. The aromatic complexity is confirmed in the mouth, complemented by floral touches, spices, forest fruits and a slightly vegetal finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
A collector's wine, ready to drink and with enormous aging potential with a truly unique profile. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is a very versatile wine, ideal to accompany grilled meats, fish, pasta and Italian pizzas.
