Clinging to the depths of History, with multiple layers of subsoil in its composition, it has a rocky soul and rock structure. High density, high complexity, simplicity in equal measure. It is made of sun and soil, full of backbone. A tough, wild Douro character.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in a horizontal position. Serve perfectly at 14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany appetizers and salads, baked fish dishes, Asian food or white meats.
