The technology is minimal, to allow the expression of grapes from the vine Centennial. A third of the wine was fermented in French oak cooperage Seguin Moreau and the rest fermented in stainless steel vats at about 18 º C. When finishing the fermentation activity, we proceeded to the rate of fine sludge, to improve the texture and complexity of the wine. It used a minimum amount of sulphur necessary to prevent oxidation.

Tasting Notes:
Features a citrus colour and a glossy appearance. The aroma is delicate, with hints of fruit, wild flowers and a faint hint of spice. In the mouth, surprised by the remarkable acidity, by striking structure, the creamy texture and the delicate aroma, giving it a long, elegant and attractive finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
This wine has the characteristic, very rare, to be great to drink young because of the delicacy of its flavour, and have great aging potential, thanks to the acidity, alcohol content and powerful structure. Over time the bottle will gain complexity, assuming another dimension. Serve at 8-10 ° C when young, and 10-12 ° C, with more than three years old.

Given its characteristics, has enormous gastronomic versatility, accompanying light dishes of seafood, while young and elaborate dishes of poultry or cured and spiced cheeses when aged.
