Winemaking:
Vinification with controlled temperature in stainless steel tank. Ageing for 5 months on French Oak barrels of 225 liters.
Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Rabigato,Viosinho
Tasting Notes:
Light yellow tint colour with young and middle concentration. On the nose, citrus and floral with a great harmony and subtle toasty notes. Complex and balanced aroma that despite the wood, it shows fresh with a few more greenbacks, combining lemon and a tropical tone. Soft and fruity, the aftertaste is pleasant and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Can be served as an appetizer or paired with fish, seafood or poultry.
