Product details
The grapes are transported to the winery in small plastic crates and undergo a rigorous manual sorting process. After total destemming, the grapes are foot trodden in lagares throughout the fermentation process, which normally lasts 10 days. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, a very gentle pressing takes place. The wine is aged for 24 months in new 400-litre French oak barrels.
