Tasting Notes:
Intense and rich colour with an aroma of excellent complexity, with black fruit, minerality, flowers, spices and good, well-integrated wood. In the mouth it is intense and elegant with notable freshness and velvety tannins. A persistent and harmonious finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept lying down, in a cool, dry place, away from light. Recommended serving temperature: 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes very well with spicy dishes, especially traditional Portuguese cuisine. With Serra da Estrela cheese, for example, the harmony is perfect.
