Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Intense and complex aroma with notes of ripe red fruits and well integrated wood. In the mouth it is bulky, good structure, good tannins, and a balanced acidity. Long and persistent finish with hints of spice.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be store at an ambient temperature of 12ºc and humidity of 60%. Serve at 16 °c to 18 °c.
Food Pairing:
Serve with red meat accompaniment, or other special meat plates or soft cheeses.
