Total destemming subject to several pumping overs, cutting of the wine masses in a granite press using human treading. Fermentation at controlled temperature and prolonged maceration. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby. Very expressive, with a hint of dark chocolate and notes of ripe plum. Very dense, enveloping, with excellent tannins on the finish. Long, balanced and complex.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 17ºC. It can be consumed immediately or within the next 7 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dark place.

Roast lamb in the oven.
