Product details
Winemaking:
The grapes are picked by hand and transported to the winery in 150kg pallets. The bunches are de-stemmed and the grapes are lightly crushed. This is followed by the alcoholic fermentation of the must, carried out in stainless steel vats, at 24-26ºC. Pressing takes place a third of the way through fermentation. This way, the wine finishes fermenting, but without it coming into contact with the skins, which translates into a smooth extraction. The 10% of Viosinho white is added to the final batch, helping to soften the palate and confer exoticism and complexity – volume and breadth of mouth. A wine that seduces with its complexity combined with low concentration. Aging in French oak vats for 8 months.

Tasting Notes:
It immediately draws attention, as it is an open red with a garnet colour and not very dense , with an unusual profile. On the nose, notes of cherry and ripe raspberry stand out, but also white flowers complexed with vegetal nuances, which give it freshness. In the mouth, we are surprised by its vibrant and “fun” profile, its light structure and an almost velvety softness in the mouth. This, combined with the low alcohol content, gives it an “easy-drinking” nature.
