Winemaking:
Grapes completely destemmed and uncrushed. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Light skin maceration. Complete malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

It should be served at a temperature between 15 and 18°C. Keep the bottle in a horizontal position.
