Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz

Tasting Notes:
Violet colour very intense, nose with mineral notes and fresh fruit (cherry and berries), tobacco leaf and cocoa. In the mouth it is fresh, with silky and defiant tannins.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 17ºC.

Food Pairing:
Best with game, bean and sausages stews and grilled red meats.
