Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. The intense currants, spice and dark chocolate aromas and married with an elegant French oak. Mouth very elegant, complex and engaging, with fine tannins, good freshness, sour cherries and a slight nuance of coffee, composing a set of great class and elegance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
At the table, it proves to be an excellent supplement to well-seasoned roasted red meat, lamb or kid goat dishes, game dishes or even convent-made desserts and strong tasted hard cheeses, Azorean cheese or spicy Castelo Branco cheese.
