Tasting Notes:
It has a redcurrant color, aroma of fresh plums, notes of redcurrant and some spices and on the palate it is soft and fresh, displaying red fruits with a soft touch of spices. The finish is long and attractive.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany pasta, low-fat fish and white meat.
