Manual harvesting for small perforated boxes. Receipt with total destemming. Soft crushing and pressing under inert atmosphere. Prolonged fermentation with controlled temperature of about 14ºC. Stage in French and American wood, with agitation of fine lees - "bâtonnage" - until filling in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow colour. Great aromatic intensity of ripe white fruits with notes of citrus fruits that give it freshness. Full-bodied wine, complexity and balance in the end mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for accompanying with cheese, grilled, seasoned fish, and all kinds of grilled meats.
