This wine is made from a blend of grape varieties from old vines, thus expressing the traditional terroir of the region. Vinification was carried out with temperature control, resulting in a fresh and aromatic wine with a pronounced natural acidity. It was aged in stainless steel with constant batonnage, which gave it good structure and body.
