Tasting Notes:
Citrine in colour, the nose presents notes of orchard fruits harmoniously combined with barrel notes. On the palate it has a vibrant acidity, full-bodied and very persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served between 10º–12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an appetizer or starter, it also pairs well with fish or seafood dishes from Mediterranean cuisine, spicier dishes from Asian cuisine, or sushi.
