Manual harvesting. Static clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Ageing on fine lees until February.

Síria,Viosinho,Rabigato

Tasting Notes:
Citrus green. Intense and very elegant aroma. Notes of citrus fruit, lychee and mineral nuances. Dry. Good volume in the mouth, with a fresh and enveloping acidity. White-fleshed and tropical fruits. Long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 11ºC and 12ºC.
