Manual harvesting of grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to strict pre-selection at the entrance of the winery. Later destemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures of 17º C and bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Greenish citrus colour. Aroma of white flowers, tropical notes, peach hint. In the mouth is elegant, with balance between freshness and structure. Persistent, with good aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Can be served as an appetizer or paired with fish, seafood or poultry.
