Tasting Notes:
On the nose it is fresh and complex, with citrus fruit, in harmony with discreet oral and mineral nuances, complexed with soft notes of barrel. In the mouth, it has an excellent structure and volume. It is very balanced (with excellent acidity) and filled with fruit, with a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompany fish dishes and seafood.
