Manual harvesting. Rigorous manual selection of the bunches. Total destemming, followed by skin maceration. Gentle pressing. Static decanting followed by fermentation and ageing in oak casks until April.

Tasting Notes:
Intense straw colour with slight greenish reflections. Lively, intense aroma, already showing some depth. Ripe citrus fruits, a slight tropical freshness, yellow and white flowers and a nuance of an apetrol aroma stand out. A beautiful blend supported by soft notes from the barrel ageing. Mineral. Dry and silky at the same time. Very balanced acidity that lasts until the finish. Dense yet elegant texture. Citrus and floral explosion. Persistent and very long finish supported by the barrel sensations. Very coherent.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be enjoyed at a temperature of between 14ºC and 16ºC, preferably in ‘Burgundy’ glasses.
Food Pairing:
Can be served as an appetizer or paired with fish, seafood or poultry.
