As the name implies its style is particularly dry since most of its sugar has been fermented out. A limited number of white grape varieties are used in this Port’s production, foremost amongst which is Malvasia Fina, which gives this wine its attractive fruity and crisp flavour. Makes an excellent aperitif when served chilled or as a long drink with tonic water and a slice of lemon.

Tasting Notes:
Graham’s Tico Dry White has a pale yellow colour, dry, fruity, and with floral hints on the nose, and a long crisp finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a dark place with constant temperature, ideally between 12ºC and 15ºC.
Food Pairing:
Serve chilled to enhance the crisp fruit flavours. Equally delicious served as an aperitif or with light desserts.
