Winemaking:
The best white grapes from the estate are harvested by hand. Careful cold maceration, with fermentation begun in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, interrupted by the addition of selected brandy when the desired Baumé degree is reached.

Tasting Notes:
Golden colour, with floral and tropical fruit notes. A voluptuous palate, with notes of loquat and hints of vanilla and almonds. The finish is fresh and firm, with a balanced sweetness. A young wine to be enjoyed in a relaxed way.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best enjoyed within 2 years of bottling. Once opened it will keep well for up to one month. Serve chilled (10º-12ºC).
Food Pairing:
This port pairs perfectly with salted almonds, olives and cured fish. Carefully aged before bottling, our fine White is ready to be served on its own as a delightful aperitif at any time of the day, or mixed in a refreshing cocktail.
