Product details

Winemaking:
Open spout vinification, in barrels, with alcoholization before the end of fermentation. In 650-liter American oak barrels until bottling. It is a unique blend aged over 50 years, coming from the best and oldest Malvasia wines that age in our cellars in Funchal and that still make up our stock today.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be stored upright and once opened, the wine will remain in good condition for several months. Madeira wines can create natural deposits, so we recommend decanting them. It is a wine with great longevity and is attractive for any occasion. Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideally consumed at the end of a meal, with a good cigar or for special occasions.
