Tasting Notes:
Golden yellow color, citrus and oral aroma, the wood is very subtle. Complex in the mouth, with a very present acidity. It finishes with soft sweet oral notes. It is a fleshy wine, with body and character.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature variations. Serve at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes wonderfully with meat, fish, seafood and desserts.
