Product details
After 2 days of cold pre-fermentative maceration it follows the alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature at 23ºC. After the Malolactic fermentation the wine has been aged on second used American Oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Colour purple. Floral, violets and blackcurrant aromas. Ripe tannins give great depth while the fruit is round concentrated and powerful. Persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-18ºC.

A good partner for red meats and cheeses.
