Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature up to 26ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Syrah,Touriga Nacional,Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet color, with a complex aroma of black fruits. The tannins give it a very pleasant structure, with a long and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15 and 16ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with red and oven-baked meats and soft cheeses.
