Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Baga,Touriga Nacional,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet colour. Aroma complex, with notes of cassis compote, raspberry, dried fig, pine needle and coffee and toasted wood. Structured, fresh, full bodied and persistent. With tannins present but tamed.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for accompanying roasted or grilled meats, cheeses, among many other delicacies of intense flavours and textures.
