Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Baga,Touriga Nacional,Syrah,Merlot
Tasting Notes:
Floral notes of the Touriga along with suggestions of currant. Very soft in the mouth, with sweet fruit that prevails in a polished and round body, some spice in the accomplished end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for accompanying roasted or grilled meats, cheeses, among many other delicacies of intense flavours and textures.
