Product details
This wine is the result of a selection of two older vineyards with blended varieties. Both vineyards are located in the Serra da Estrela sub-region (Nespereira and Lagarinhos). The richness of the blended varieties, fermented without the addition of oenological products, yields this wine, which is fermented by native yeasts. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation completed at the end of fermentation. It aged on fine lees for 9 to 10 months. Bottled unfined and lightly filtered.

Tasting Notes:
Bright lemon yellow. Aromatically, it presents remarkable complexity, with notes of wet stone, baked apple, and bread. On the palate, it is tense and textured, with multiple layers. Excellent balance of vibrant acidity and medium body. Tense and lingering on the finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is best served with grilled fish and seafood.
