Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinto Cão,Sousão
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Some hints of spice, vanilla and fresh red fruits in a harmonious whole. Reveals soft tannins but well defined, large and with good acidity and a final long persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at room temperature between 16 and 18º C.
Food Pairing:
Goes very well with meat dishes and flues, typical Portuguese cuisine.
