Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with 6 months aging in oak vats.

Grape Varieties:
Castelão,Touriga Nacional,Aragonêz

Tasting Notes:
It shows an intense ruby colour, with aromas and flavours of wild berries, some smoked and a hint of dark chocolate. Well structured, soft, long.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meat dishes, as well as cheese.
