Manual harvest and foot treading. The beginning of the fermentation took place in marble "lagares", being then transferred to concrete deposits where the fermentation took place. Aging in new French oak barrels for 1 year, followed by a minimum of 2 years in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Deep dark red colour with purplish tinges. Blueberry, blackberry and plum aroma; some coffee notes mixed with subtle oak toast notes. Intense, long and with texture, balance and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
