Product details
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and then gently pressed. The must is inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation takes place over 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14-16ºC.

Citrus colour. Elegant, with notes of citrus fruit, stone fruit and a slight mineral flavour. Balanced and complex, with balanced acidity, enveloping flavours and a persistent finish.

Consume immediately or within 2 years at the ideal temperature of 8-10ºC.

Goes well with seafood dishes, fatty fish, white meats and soft cheeses.
