There are castes with which we identify more, others with which we identify less. Alvarinho grapes are one of the latter. When João Barbosa decided to plant this classic Portuguese grape variety, his daughter Teresa challenged him to surprise her. Father and daughter created a classic but irreverent wine from a grape variety that is not their favorite, in a perfect intergenerational construction. This Ninfa by Teresa combines her father's more conservative streak with her daughter's stubborn and obstinate way. Result? A tense wine, with a strong character, to be enjoyed over time and in good company.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and salads.
