Product details

Winemaking:
After harvesting, the grapes are kept in a cold chamber for approximately 24 hours before pressing. Vinification is carried out separately, with fermentation in French oak barrels. After fermentation, 30% of the wine remains in the barrels "sur lies," with weekly "batonnage" for four months.
