Tasting Notes:
It is yellow in colour, with notes of mint, ripe citrus fruit and tropical fruits. Very smooth on the palate, all balance, with a fresh acidity that reinforces its gastronomic character.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with salads, soft cheeses, fish, seafood and white meats.
