Tasting Notes:
It has a ruby colour, aromas of ripe red fruits, slightly toasted, cocoa, medium body and present tannins, good acidity and a serious finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 15-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with spicy meat dishes and cheeses.
