Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour. High intensity aroma with live wild fruits, slightly menthol, resin notes in harmony with the discreet and very well integrated wood. Excellent volume, firm tannins, very marked acidity, where the notes of wild fruits are evident. End of great elegance and freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature between 16/18ºC. Keep the bottles laid down when it’s possible and in a room with controlled temperature.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with octopus or game dishes, and intense cheeses.
