Winemaking:
This wine was produced in Herdade de Vale Cebolas, owned by Stanley Ho Foundation, located in Canha Pegoes region. The grapes that gave rise to this wine is from a vineyard located in proximity of the demarcated region of Alentejo (Poceirao). The grapes were carefully selected from plots that had the best maturation. Vinified on its own, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats, without stems, with controlled temperature, followed by a long period of maceration. Aged in French oak barrels for 5 months.

Tasting Notes:
Elegant wine with great balance and structure, intense colour where the balance between the ripe fruit and the wood is notorious. The palate is voluminous, with soft tannins, long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18 degrees.

Goes well with meat dishes, game and cheese.
