In the mouth, wine with great intensity with velvety tannins, but very present and continuing the tasting. It finishes long and deep with a refreshing acidity that will guarantee time in the bottle.

Product details

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand from plots previously selected for this wine during the month of October. Selection of grapes in the field and in the cellar, total stemming and gentle crushing. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 4 days in 800kg mills, temperature-controlled fermentation for 2 weeks and post-fermentative “Cuvaison” maceration for 2 weeks. Light pressing of the masses followed by malolactic pressing in a stainless steel tank. Aging in used and new French Oak barrels for 24 months with bâtonnage.
