Tasting Notes:
This red wine has a deep violet colour. On the nose it shows a fresh red and black fruit and some woody notes that are related to the interchange between the vine and the forest created on the estate. In the mouth, it is a very fresh wine due to its proximity to the Atlantic and due to the use of clay presses that during alcoholic fermentation preserve this same freshness. It is a wine with a structure and a tannin present but at the same time elegant, allowing a good longevity in the bottle.
