The grapes were destemmed, gently crushed and inoculated with selected yeasts. The alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 24-26ºC with daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, violet-red coloured wine. Aromas of plum, dark chocolate, spices and floral nuances. On the palate it has a rich, long and vanilla finish, the result of ageing in barrels.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal tasting temperature is between 15 and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pair with lamb dishes and mature cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
