Tasting Notes:
Crystalline appearance with greenish tones and light auburn. In the nose the oceanic notes stand out, with deep yellow fruit, peach, apricot and citrus fruits accompanying notes of floral lychee and a mineral finish where the notes of butter and vanilla from the Bâtonnage in barrels stand out. In the mouth it shows great impact, voluminous and enveloping. At the end appear almond notes and the stage in barrel, making it persistent and austere. The salty notes present in the set, make this wine an enormous pleasure and discovery.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10-12ºC.
